Stuffed Cherry Tomatoes with Ruscello

Preparation time:

Ingredients for 4 people:

1 tray of cherry tomatoes
100 gr Ruscello herb cheese
1/2 tablespoon of coarse mustard
100 gr Hüttenkäse
salt, pepper, pinch of cayenne pepper
bowl of cress

Preparation method:
Cut the caps neatly off the cherry tomatoes and carefully hollow out with a teaspoon.
Sprinkle the inside with a little salt and let it drain on a paper towel for 10 minutes.
Grate the cheese and stir with the mustard, Hüttenkäse, salt and pepper to taste and cayenne pepper to a firm mass and fill the tomatoes with it.
Put a tuft of cress on it and cover it partially with the cap, so that the cress sticks out slightly.
