Recipe with herb cheese Ruscello
Herb cheese salad: Delicious salad for a buffet or a brunch
Perparation time: 20 minutes
Ingredients for 4 persons:
200 gr. herb cheese Ruscello
200 gr. matured cheese
2 tabelspoons mayonnaise
2 tablespoons sour cream
2 tabelspoons of medium sherry or orange juice
Black pepper fresly-ground
3 tablespoons basil cut(up) fine(ly)
3 tablespoons chive cut(up) fine(ly)
Method of preparation:
Cut off the rinds of the cheese and cut the two cheese species into small cubes of cheese.
Stir in a dish the mayonnaise, the sour cream and the sherry to a sauce.
Add pepper and flavour and mix the flavours.
Finally mix the small cubes of cheese through it.
Keep the cheese salad intact during at least one hour seasoning.
Serving tips:
Delicious with small white breads or fresh grilled bread.
